Training Manager
1. Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring the work quality of all operational departments at each property.
- Develop training plans for departments across the company.
- Implement and supervise training programs.
- Manage costs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Develop training processes/regulations/policies to ensure smooth operation of training activities across the company and its properties.
- Monitor quality and work performance of departments, including: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Security, Bellman, Public Area, and Laundry.
- Guide Property General Managers in staff management.
- Research methods to enhance teaching and training quality within the company.
- Revise and departmental professional standards as needed.
- Promote corporate culture across all hospitality and resort service units.
- Ensure both the quality and quantity of personnel in all company positions.
- Oversee onboarding and probation processes for new employees, trainees, and interns.
- Propose staff rotation or provide personnel assessment information upon request from management to facilitate manpower adjustments.
- Advise on compensation schemes including salary, bonus, allowances, insurance, welfare, and working condition support for hotel staff.
- Oversee procedures related to labor contracts (signing/termination), transfers, rewards, disciplinary actions, and ensure proper management of employee records.
- Develop plans to improve recruitment quality.
- Prepare and monitor reports submitted to management on recruitment effectiveness.
2. Job Requirements
- Good communication skills in English (Chinese or Japanese proficiency is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and cooperative work spirit.
- Knowledge of office management principles and procedures.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of data collection, analysis, synthesis, and report preparation.

3. Benefits
- Salary: 35 – 50 million VND / 26 working days (negotiable based on ability).
- 4 days off per month.
- Salary review every 3–6 months.
