Pet Policy at A25 Hotel

In order to provide our guests with a more comfortable and convenient stay, A25 Hotel officially introduces a pet-friendly policy at all properties nationwide. This is an important step that demonstrates our commitment to meeting diverse customer needs and continuously improving our service quality.

1. Scope of Application

• Applicable across the entire A25 Hotel system in Vietnam.

• Accepted forms:

  • Pets are allowed in guest rooms (if conditions are met).

  • Pets may be placed in designated hotel areas (if conditions are not met or upon guest’s request).

2. Eligibility

• Accepted pets: Common household pets (dogs, cats, birds, etc.).

• Not accepted: Wild animals, exotic species, or pets that may cause fear/difficulty in control (e.g., snakes, pythons, monitor lizards, rodents, etc.).

3. Specific Regulations

• Weight limit: Each pet must be ≤ 10kg.

• Quantity: Maximum 02 pets per room. If exceeded, guests must book an additional room or use the hotel’s designated pet area.

• Mandatory requirements:

  • Pets must be kept in a locked cage/carrier, with a litter tray and feeding utensils.

  • Pet owners must sign a Commitment Form: ensuring hygiene and accepting 100% liability for any property damage or loss caused by the pet.

  • Reception reserves the right to decline pets that are noisy, unmanageable, or affect other guests. In such cases, the hotel will arrange a separate pet care area.

4. Recommendations

• Guests are encouraged to prepare food and supplies for their pets.

• The hotel can assist in purchasing pet food/toys upon request with a 20% service fee.

5. Applicable Fees

• 2–3 star hotels: 250,000 VND/pet/day

  • Guests must bring food, bedding, and bowls for their pets.

• 4 star hotels: 300,000 VND/pet/day

  • Hotel may provide bowls and bedding upon request.

  • Pet food purchase service available with additional charges.

• Special cleaning fee after check-out (if odor is detected): 100,000 VND
