ROOM PAYMENT REGULATIONS

1. Hourly Stay

  • Applicability: Applied for stays of ≤ 2 hours.
  • Exceeding 2 hours: If the stay exceeds 2 hours ⇒ extra hourly charges will be applied according to the prescribed rates.

2. Day-Night Stay: Applied when

  • The total amount (hourly rate + extra hourly charges) ≥ the day-night rate, OR the stay reaches a full 24 hours.
  • Checking in before 06:00 OR checking out after 00:00 during the stay duration.
  • Checking in between 23:00 and 05:59 and registering for a day-night stay at the time of check-in.
  • Staying for more than 24 hours AND:
    • The extra hourly charge ≥ the day-night rate, OR
    • The stay falls within the late-night time frame (00:00 – 06:00).

3. Flexible Regulations on Extra Hours (Grace Period)

  • Hourly Stay: A late check-out of <15 minutes ⇒ no extra charge.
  • Day-Night Stay (Full 24-hour stay):
    • For the first hour: A late check-out of <30 minutes ⇒ no extra charge.
    • From the second hour onwards: A late check-out of <15 minutes ⇒ no extra charge.
