What is A25 HOME+?
A25 HOME+ is the official loyalty program of A25 Hotel, created exclusively for guests who frequently stay within the A25 system. Beyond room discounts, the program focuses on elevating the overall experience through exclusive privileges and dedicated customer care before, during, and after each stay.

As a member of A25 HOME+, guests can enjoy a wide range of special privileges, including:

Preferential room rates beyond standard promotions at the time of booking

A25 HOME+ Membership Tiers
The program features four membership tiers, reviewed annually based on total spending:

Silver: New members

Gold: From 300 points/year (equivalent to 30,000,000 VND)

Diamond: From 600 points/year (60,000,000 VND)

Platinum: From 1,200 points/year (120,000,000 VND)
Point conversion rate: 1 point = 100,000 VND
Membership tiers are automatically tracked and updated by the system, ensuring accuracy and convenience.
Tier Maintenance Policy

Membership tiers are reviewed on a 12-month cycle

If maintenance requirements are not met, the tier will be downgraded by no more than one level per year, helping members retain long-term benefits
Special Notice for Existing Members
To ensure continuity of benefits for loyal guests:

All current benefits will remain unchanged until the end of 2026

From 2027 onward, the A25 HOME+ program will be fully implemented and evaluated under the new criteria
