The program consists of four membership tiers:

- Diamond – From 600 points/year (60,000,000 VND)
- Platinum – From 1,200 points/year (120,000,000 VND)
Point conversion: 1 point = 100,000 VND
Membership tiers are reviewed on a 12-month cycle and updated automatically.

Program Policies
- The best available offer will be applied between ongoing promotions and membership benefits (not combinable)
- Total room discount will not exceed 35% of the listed rate
- VIP privileges apply only to the cardholder
- Friends and family receive room and service discounts only when the booking is made and paid by the cardholder
