The provisions in these General Terms are designed to protect the interests of our Customers and are strictly enforced by all officers and staff operating under the A25 HOTEL brand. A25 HOTEL desires that Customers fully enjoy and experience the amenities, services, and benefits provided by A25 HOTEL. Therefore, Customers must clearly understand and comply with these provisions to ensure an excellent service experience with us.
The products and services provided by A25 HOTEL include accommodation, banquets, events, and other supplementary services available from time to time, such as transportation, travel, and dining.
A25 HOTEL is the owner of the trademarks, logos, and services displayed on this website. No individual or organization is permitted to use any trademark, logo, or label of the products and services without the prior written consent of A25 HOTEL.
A25 HOTEL is not responsible for the content, information, or materials of any other websites not owned or managed by us that link to this website. When accessing and using content, information, or materials from other websites connected to this website, Customers assume all risks and must comply with the terms and conditions applicable to such access/use. We are not liable in any way for the collection of personal information on other websites linked to this website.
1. General Regulations
- Identification: Customers must present valid legal documents showing personal identification information as required by law when performing check-in procedures.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, radioactive materials, toxic substances, flammable/explosive materials, strong-smelling fruits, and other contraband prohibited by law are strictly forbidden inside the Hotel.
- Illegal Activities: All forms of gambling and drug use are strictly prohibited within the Hotel premises. In case of violation, the Customer shall assume full responsibility before the law and the Hotel.
- Property Inspection: Upon check-in, Customers are requested to verify the quantity and condition of the assets in the room according to the "In-Room Property Inventory". If there are any missing or damaged items, please report them immediately to the Receptionist. The Customer will be held fully responsible for any loss or damage occurring during their stay.
- Valuables: Customers are advised to store valuables in the in-room safety deposit box or deposit them at the Reception desk. The Hotel bears no legal liability for any loss or damage to the Customer's personal property if the Customer fails to comply with this regulation.
- Visitors: Customers must ensure that relatives or guests visiting them at the Hotel register at the Reception desk and comply with the Hotel rules. Guest rooms must not be used for other purposes, such as transaction offices.
- Check-out Payment: Customers must settle all bills and return the room keys to the Receptionist before leaving the Hotel.
- Public Etiquette: Behave appropriately in public areas: respect the "first come, first served" principle; prioritize pregnant women, people with disabilities, the elderly, and the frail; do not make noise or shout; do not put or rest your feet on chairs, and refrain from other uncivilized actions in public areas; supervise children closely in public areas.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is permitted only in designated areas with smoking signs and/or on room balconies. In case of violation, the Customer must pay a compensation fee for restoration, deep cleaning, and deodorizing of smoke-scented equipment and furnishings amounting to 3,000,000 VND per stay where unauthorized smoking is detected.
2. Check-in and Check-out Regulations
Check-in and Check-out Times
- Flexible 24/24 Check-in - Check-out: Customers can check in earlier than the standard time provided the hotel has rooms available, and may stay for a full 24-hour period calculated from the actual time of check-in to the time of check-out. To guarantee room readiness, A25 HOTEL encourages Customers to book the room for the entire preceding night.
Late Night/Early Morning Check-in Policy (23:00 – 08:00)
To ensure the best stay experience, the Hotel applies the following options for Customers who have pre-booked and need to check in between 23:00 and 08:00:
- Option 1: Room held from 23:00 the previous day (Guaranteed immediate room availability)
- The Hotel will hold the room from 23:00 the previous day to ensure the Customer can check in immediately upon arrival.
- The room charge will be calculated from 23:00 because the room has been held and cannot be sold to other customers.
- Customers are requested to make a deposit or advance payment in accordance with regulations.
- Hotel staff will clearly confirm the room holding fee before finalizing the reservation.
- Option 2: Room not held from 23:00 (Immediate room availability not guaranteed)
- If the Customer does not agree to be charged from 23:00, the hotel will not hold the room in advance.

- If the exact room category is available →
the hotel will assist with immediate check-in. - If the hotel is fully booked or the room is not ready →
the hotel will consult and advise on a suitable alternative based on the actual situation.

Calculation of Stay Duration:
- Calculated according to system regulations: a full 24-hour period counts as 1 day (based on the actual check-in time), OR
- An hourly early check-in surcharge applies (for certain booking channels).
Note: The choice of option directly affects room availability upon arrival. The Hotel recommends that guests select an option matching their travel schedule to ensure the best experience.
3. Accommodation Regulations
- Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for a Hotel room is 04 people per room.
- Extra Beds: Each room can only accommodate 1 additional extra bed, subject to the policy applicable at that specific time.
- Hourly Stay: An hourly stay is defined as a stay of 2 hours or less. If a guest stays longer than 2 hours, it will be handled as follows:
- Day-Night Stay: The room rate will equal the hourly rate + extra hours until it reaches the day-night price, or until the stay reaches a full 24 hours.
- Checking in or checking out between 00:00 and 06:00 with a stay duration of over 6 hours will be charged at the day-night rate.
- If an extended stay exceeding 24 hours incurs extra hourly charges that reach the day-night rate, the day-night rate applies; overnight stays of more than 6 hours during nighttime hours are charged at the day-night rate.
4. Check-in Procedures
- Customers must present one of the valid legal documents showing their personal identification number as required by law during check-in for registration purposes. The Hotel will retain a copy of these documents.
- For Online Bookings: Customers must present a booking confirmation or a booking code showing successful payment on the online website. If the Customer cannot present this, they must provide booking details including the booker's name, phone number, and number of booked rooms for the Receptionist to verify on the System. If the Receptionist cannot verify the Customer's information, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse service.
- By agreeing to purchase and use the services of A25 HOTEL, Customers consent to allow A25 HOTEL to take photos and use their images for statistical and accommodation management purposes. A25 HOTEL commits not to use or provide the Customer's images to third parties for other purposes, except when complying with requests from competent state authorities or with the prior consent of the Customer.
5. Room Cancellation/Amendment Policy
For bookings of 5 rooms or fewer:
- Cancellation 7 days or more prior to arrival: No fee.
- Cancellation from 4 days to less than 7 days prior to arrival: Compensation of 50% of the total contract value.
- Cancellation less than 4 days prior to the expected arrival date or No-Show: Compensation of 100% of the total contract value.
For bookings of 6 rooms or more:
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival: No fee.
- Cancellation from 6 days to less than 30 days prior to arrival: Compensation of 50% of the total contract value.
- Cancellation less than 6 days prior to the expected arrival date or No-Show: Compensation of 100% of the total contract value.
6. Repairs and Renovations
- A25 HOTEL reserves the right to conduct repairs, alterations, upgrades, or periodic maintenance programs appropriate for maintaining the Hotel in optimum condition. A25 HOTEL has full discretion over repair and upgrade decisions but must provide written notice to Customers before commencing major, prolonged upgrade works that could affect Customer satisfaction.
- A25 HOTEL shall not be held liable for any claims or demands regarding losses and/or damages that Customers may experience due to renovations/upgrades after prior notice has been given to the Customers.
