1. Job description:
- Monitor compliance with design documents and technical standards.
- Evaluate and approve the project phases. Report progress and any incidents to the Department Head.
- Develop a set of standardized facility requirements to be applied throughout the entire A25 Hotel system.
- Manage technical documents, drawings, acceptance reports, and related procurement lists.
- Regularly report to the Management Board on the upgrade status, renovation progress, budget, and investment efficiency.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with design, technical standards, and approved schedule.
- Coordinate contractors and construction units, and handle issues that arise during implementation.
- Conduct on-site inspections of branches regarding hotel upgrade and renovation projects, propose and report to the Branch Manager/Deputy Manager on the implementation of branch management proposals, identify and report any issues discovered during inspections, and make recommendations for the branch.
- Review the purchase order forms submitted by the branches, related to the department's professional duties, revise those proposals, and implement them.
2. Requirements:
- Male: 25 years old and above
- Requirements include a university degree or higher in construction-related fields, and at least 3 years of experience in the profession or a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of design, construction management, principles of construction quality assessment, quantity surveying, etc.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in design, working in the tourism, hotel, or restaurant industries...
