Real Estate Sales Executive
1. Job Description
- Search for rental and leasing of business premises.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure effective transactions.
- Actively seek to expand the market and potential customers.
- Promote the company's Real Estate products (specifically promote rental premises).
- Survey the market to collect and necessary information, thereby reporting the results of the real estate sector weekly. Advise the Board of Directors on the feasibility of the premises.
- Implement and deploy plans approved by the Board of Directors.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Be responsible for the results and efficiency of work with direct leaders.
- Have office computer skills to support the statistical reporting section of the department.
2. Requirements:
- Understand the business of real estate business, real estate operation management;
- Understand the regulations of the law on land and real estate;
- Have knowledge of the majors of marketing, brokerage, real estate sales, building management and operation.
3. Benefits:
- Salary from 12 - 20 million/26 days + Allowance + Commission. Salary is negotiated according to ability.
- Salary increase every 3 - 6 months.
