Construction Supervisor

1. Job description:

Verify the quality and design of the products to ensure they meet the purchase requirements and the signed contract before commencing construction.
Planning, surveying, and directly supervising the construction of projects from preparation through completion.
Quantity surveying, calculation, and control of construction quantities for assigned items.
Coordinate closely with the site manager to /li
Develop plans, implement construction techniques, and ensure that materials and equipment are always readily available and properly maintained.
Flexibly resolve any construction-related issues that arise and answer questions from workers or investors.
Control safety, quality, and schedule, while identifying and addressing risks with decisiveness.
Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

2. Requirements:

Graduated from college or university with a major in construction or architecture.
2-3 years or more of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in using CAD application software.
Understanding of construction and shop drawings of mechanical systems (CTV, fire protection, HVAC).
Solid knowledge of construction technical standards.

3. Benefits:
