1. Job description
- Staffing is assigned and coordinated based on room occupancy, tour group size, and peak hours.
- Control the check-in, check-out, cashier, and booking processing procedures.
- Control cash flow, accounts receivable, manage shift reports, and minimize financial errors.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Sales, other specialized departments, and technical staff to handle any issues that arise.Service quality management:
- Monitor service attitude, demeanor, and English communication skills.
- Directly handle complex complaints, VIP customer complaints, and OTA (Online Travel Agency) complaints.
- Coordinate with the Board of Directors and the Retail & Customer Service Departments to monitor and improve online ratings (Booking, Agoda, Google, etc.).
- Directly train new receptionists and cashiers according to the curriculum.
- Mentoring receptionists/cashiers who lack professional skills/foreign language proficiency.
- Assessment of competencies after training (test, practical, shadow case)
2. Requirements:
- Having experience in a similar position.
- Good-looking and agile.
- Good conversational English skills
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Understanding hotel management software
- Communication skills, task coordination and delegation skills, teamwork skills .
- Skills in handling complex situations and resolving complaints professionally and effectively.
- Effective time management and supervision skills .
3. Benefits:
- Salary ranges from 13 to 26 million VND. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
