Interns (Front Desk & Cashier, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Kitchen)

1. Job Description:

- Front Desk & Cashier Intern:

Assist in welcoming guests and performing check-in and check-out procedures under supervision.
Assist in receiving and handling guests’ requests during their stay.
Learn and practice Front Desk and Cashier operations at the hotel.

- Housekeeping Intern:

Assist in cleaning and preparing guest rooms.
Learn and practice room setup, bed-making, and the arrangement of in-room amenities and supplies.
Check and report the condition of guest rooms and equipment under supervision.

- Restaurant Intern:

Assist in welcoming and serving guests at the restaurant.
Learn about the menu, order-taking procedures, and food and beverage service.
Assist in table setup, preparation of service equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the working area.

- Kitchen Intern:

2. Requirements:

Students currently studying at universities, colleges, or vocational schools.
Preference will be given to students majoring in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or related fields.
Willingness to learn, with a responsible and proactive attitude.
Able to arrange internship schedules according to assigned shifts.
No prior experience required; training and guidance will be provided.

3. Benefits:

Internship allowance: VND 200,000 per 8-hour working day.
