Job description
1.Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall quality of food at the hotel
- Cook meals according to the menu for both guests and staff at the hotel
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, and follow proper procedures for stock in/out and inventory control
- Control kitchen costs (food cost management)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager
2.Requirements:
- Male or Female, 18 years old and above
- Good health, free from infectious diseases, no physical deformities, no criminal record, and not involved in social evils
- Culinary certificate required, with at least 2 years of experience in the kitchen field
3.Benefits:
- Salary range: from 15 to 30 million VND/month, negotiable based on skills and performance
- 4 days off/month
- Salary review every 3 to 6 months
- Seniority bonus: from the 13th month onward, receive an additional 3% of monthly salary per year
