GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Check-in & Check-out Time

Flexible check-in & check-out / 24/7 service.
Guests may check in earlier than the standard time if rooms are available, and are entitled to a full 24-hour stay from check-in to check-out.
To ensure availability, A25 recommends booking from the night before.

2. Accommodation Regulations

Hourly Room:

Applies for stays of up to 2 hours.
If the stay exceeds 2 hours ⇒ Extra charge applies according to the hourly rate.

Day & Night Room:

The rate includes the hourly rate + additional hours, equivalent to a full day & night stay, or a full 24-hour stay.
Check-in or check-out between 00:00 – 06:00 for stays over 6 hours will be charged as a full day & night.
Guests staying over 24 hours will be charged for an additional day & night once the extra hourly charge equals the daily rate. Overnight stays exceeding 6 hours will also be charged as a full day & night.

3. Cancellation Policy

For bookings of 5 rooms or fewer:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 4 and less than 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total contract value will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 4 days prior to arrival or No-: 100% of the total contract value will be charged.
For bookings of 6 rooms or more:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 6 and less than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total contract value will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 6 days prior to arrival or No-: 100% of the total contract value will be charged.

4. Identification Documents

Please bring your Booking Confirmation Code and Citizen Identification Card, Driver's License or Passport (valid visa for foreigners) when checking in at the hotel reception desk.

5. Child Policy

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge.
Children from 5 to under 13 years old: Surcharge applies (at hotels with breakfast service).
From 13 years old and above: Considered as adults, surcharge applies (please check detailed surcharge rates at the reception desk).

Notes:

All room categories at A25 Hotel are designed for 2–4 adults per room, with free stay for children under 13 years old.
Breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM (not applicable at 25 Truong Dinh, 22 Nguyen Cu Trinh, 12 Lien Tri, and 45B Giang Vo).
Room rates include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Extra beds may be provided upon request (subject to room availability).
Strong-smelling fruits or foods (such as durian, jackfruit, fermented fish sauces, etc.) are not allowed inside hotel rooms.
