Head of the Upgrade Research Committee

 

1. Job description:

  • Responsible for personnel in the Upgrade Department
  •  Develop overall plans, estimate costs, prepare risk reports, and maintain project documentation, including A25 files.
  • Gather information on the current state of facilities at the branches.
  • Propose a list of items that need upgrading or renovation.
  • Compile reports, prepare cost and schedule plans. Assist the Department Head in advisory work.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of facilities and equipment, as well as when requested by the Management Board.
  • Assess the condition of rooms, interiors, equipment, public areas, etc., to propose upgrades and renovations.
  • Develop a renovation plan, prepare a preliminary budget estimate, and propose feasible solutions to the management board.
  • Take over leased hotels and develop a list of upgrades needed to meet the A25 Hotel brand standards.
  • Propose a list of purchases (furniture, equipment, curtains, beds, mattresses, sanitary materials, decorations, etc.), coordinate with the technical department, the procurement department, and the materials department for implementation.
  • Regularly coordinate closely with the Sourcing and Supply Department, the Business Development Department, and the General Accounting Department.
  • Advise the management team on ideas for upgrading the hotel system's facilities.
  • Check the standard setup of items in rooms and common areas (lobby, reception desk, etc.) at hotels.
  • Perform other tasks as required by superiors.

2. Requirements:

  • Male: 25 years old and above
  • Requirements include a university degree or higher in construction-related fields, and at least 4 years of experience in the profession or a similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of design, construction management, principles of construction quality assessment, quantity surveying, etc.
  • Proficient in using necessary design tools and software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc., and possessing basic office computer skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in design, working in the tourism, hotel, or restaurant industries...
