1. Job description:
- Receiving booking requests from customers through various channels: hotline, call center, Zalo, Facebook, email, website, etc.
- Advise customers on room types, room rates, promotions, and accompanying services.
- Accurate and prompt price quotes based on current pricing policies.
- Enter and record guest booking information into the company/establishment's software system.
- Store booking information and /p
- Coordinate with facilities, front desk, housekeeping, and other relevant departments to confirm room availability and ensure services are ready for guests.
- Handle customer requests for room changes or cancellations.
- Assist in answering any questions or handling any complaints from guests related to the booking process.
- Prepare periodic reports on booking numbers, room availability, cancellation rates, etc., as required by management.
2. Requirements:
- Male and Female: 21 years of age and older
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office), good communication skills.
- Fairly good conversational English or Chinese
- Capable of working independently and handling work pressure.
- Having 1-2 years of experience working in a hotel is an advantage.
