Job description
1. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel's OTAs booking channels. Receive hotel booking information from customers, advise and process booking requests through the company's channels.
- Connect and link room sales with TAs, Collaborators to promote and develop hotel revenue
- Manage the hotel's sales channel system including Website, Email, OTAs, Fanpage, Zalo, Whatsapp, ...
- Timely answer customer questions about services, complaints; advise on booking to ensure customers are always most satisfied.
- Proactively find and exploit new customers to develop business.
- Grasp customer market information, customer trends and related information on prices, sales policies... of competing hotels or hotels in the same area.
- Communicate and handle work issues well with the hotel as well as other partners.
- Daily, weekly, monthly reports, issues arising related to services, guests, bookers..... during the day
2. Requirements:
- English
- Ability to work independently, withstand work pressure.
- Good office computer skills
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in the field of hotel sales, OTA channel management.
