1. Job Description
1. Business Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement business strategies for the Travel Agent (TA) channel in alignment with the Company's business objectives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve revenue, room night, and market share targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze travel trends and customer behavior to recommend effective sales strategies.
2. Partnership Development & Management
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, pricing policies, sales programs, and payment terms.
- Regularly evaluate partner performance, expand the partner network, and propose promotional programs to increase sales.
3. Sales Operations Management
- Monitor and manage bookings from the TA channel, ensuring effective control of room rates, allotments, room inventory, and occupancy optimization across the hotel system.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams to ensure excellent service quality for group and partner guests.
- Proactively resolve operational issues and customer concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop the Sales team.
- Set sales targets (KPIs), monitor performance, and evaluate individual achievements.
- Build a professional working environment while developing future sales leaders.
5. Business Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales performance by market segment, business partner, and sales program.
- Recommend initiatives to increase revenue, improve business performance, and optimize operating costs.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports, KPI reports, and other reports as required by Management.
6. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other duties assigned by the Management.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's policies, procedures, and operational standards.
2. Requirements
- Male/Female, 30–50 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of management experience in sales within the hotel, restaurant, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain customer and business partner relationships.
- Strong business mindset with excellent market analysis, risk management, and sales target achievement capabilities.
