1. Job Responsibilities:
- Part-time Receptionist:
+ Welcome, check in, check out, and pay for guests.
+ Receive and handle any arising needs of guests within the permitted scope. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve complaints from guests during their stay at the hotel
+ Advise, invite guests to use the hotel's services, and provide guests with necessary information.
- Part-time Room Service:
+ Clean and prepare rooms to welcome guests: Clean in the room and other public areas such as hallways, stairs, etc. Set up beds, service items, etc.
+ Report the operating status of all equipment in the room: TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, water heater, etc.
+ Check the room when guests return, report any damage or loss.
- Part-time Restaurant:
+ Welcome guests to the restaurant and give them the menu.
+ Answer questions and recommend dishes and drinks for new customers.
+ Understand information about dishes and beverages currently available in the restaurant.
+ Receive orders for drinks and food from customers and send orders to the kitchen.
+ Suggest menus and inform regular customers of new dishes in the restaurant.
+ Bring dishes and drinks to the table for customers when they are ready.
2. Requirements:
- Male, female: 18 years old or older
- Good health, no infectious diseases, no tattoos, no deformities, no criminal record, no social evils.
- Subsidized meals
3. Benefits:
- Salary 38.000đ - 45.000đ/hour (35,000 VND/hour for the first 3 months)
