Job description

1. Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome, check in, check out, and pay for guests.

- Receive and handle any arising needs of guests within the permitted scope. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve complaints from guests during their stay at the hotel

- Advise and invite guests to use the hotel's services and provide guests with necessary information.

- Hand over work shifts at the end of the shift: receive work handover book, including furniture, work performed for guests, deposits, funds, etc., of the previous shift.

- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

- Working hours: 8.5 hours/shift. Shift 07h00 - 16h00, 13h30 - 22h30, 22h15 - 07h30

+ Shift 10h00 - 19h00 (Applies to A25 Hotel Premium)

2. Requirements:

- Male, female: 20 years old or older

- Graduated from high school or higher, or currently a student

- Good-looking appearance, good health

- Always smiling to welcome guests, cheerful, friendly, and gentle attitude.

3. Benefits:

- Salary from 11 - 24 million. With foreign languages, English/ Chinese/ Korean, salary from 12,6 - 31 million. Salary is negotiable according to ability.

- Salary increase every 3-6 months / Evening shift allowance plus 15% salary, night shift plus 25% salary + free night meal

- 4 days off/ month.

- Salary increases every 3-6 months
