Architect

1. Job Description

Conduct site surveys and propose design, renovation, and upgrade solutions in accordance with A25 Hotel's operational standards.
Design layouts, space planning, interior, and exterior architecture for new hotel projects and renovation works.
Prepare technical design documents and construction drawings using AutoCAD and other specialized design software.
Coordinate with the Site Development Department, Technical Department, and relevant teams to assess the feasibility of design proposals.
Work closely with contractors and construction teams, providing design supervision to ensure implementation complies with approved drawings.
Review and inspect construction materials, finishes, colors, and equipment to ensure compliance with A25 Hotel brand standards.
Monitor project progress and quality while resolving design-related issues arising during construction.
Propose solutions to optimize functionality, investment costs, and operational efficiency.
Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with applicable building regulations, technical standards, and legal requirements.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of the Development & Renovation Department.

2. Requirements

Male, aged 25–45.
Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in architecture, construction, or a similar position.
Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction management, quality control, quantity take-off, and project implementation.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting project deadlines.

3. Benefits

Salary: VND 18 – 30 million/month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience).
Salary increase once every year.
Seniority: From the 13th month of employment, receive an additional 1% seniority allowance each year.
