After leaving the hotel, she realized that she had accidentally left behind her ring. While she was still searching for it, our housekeeping team had already discovered the item, carefully secured it, and proactively contacted her to arrange its return.

Just days earlier, another inspiring story took place at A25 Hotel – 88 Nguyen Khuyen, Hanoi.
During a routine post-checkout room inspection, Ms. Le Thi Yen, a member of our housekeeping team, discovered several valuable belongings left behind by a guest.
Following A25 Hotel's Lost & Found procedures, she immediately reported the items to hotel management and ensured they were safely secured until the rightful owner was contacted.
The returned belongings included:
- VND 294 million in cash
- 14 taels of gold
- One laptop
- Several other valuable personal belongings
