DAY 1: HANOI - YEN TU (LUNCH / DINNER)
- 06h00-06h30: The car picks up guests at the Hanoi Opera House and departs for Yen Tu.
- 09h30: Arrive at Yen Tu, our local guide in Yen Tu will greet guests and begin the journey to explore the great mountains of Yen Tu and visit:
- Ancestor’s Stupa (where the relics of the Buddhist Emperor Tran Nhan Tong are kept)
- Hoa Yen Pagoda, Mot Mai Pagoda. Guests proceed to the Cable Car Station to take the second cable system.
- Pay respects at the An Ky Sinh Statue, Buddhist stele...
- Conquer the peak of Dong Pagoda (located at an altitude of 1068m above sea level).
- Perform Buddhist rituals and enjoy the view of the vast Yen Tu mountains from the mountaintop.
- Noon: Have lunch at a restaurant at the foot of Yen Tu mountain.
- Afternoon: The guide takes guests back to the hotel to rest and have dinner. Free time in the evening to relax and unwind amidst the quiet and tranquil space of the Yen Tu mountains. Overnight in Yen Tu.
DAY 2: YEN TU - FREE TIME / SIGHTSEEING - HANOI (BREAKFAST / LUNCH)
- Morning: Guests have breakfast at the restaurant or hotel, then rest and relax. In the morning, guests choose:
- Option 1: Free time to rest or freely pay homage and pray for luck for family and relatives at Truc Lam Yen Tu Zen Monastery and Giai Oan Pagoda.
- Option 2: The car and guide pick up guests to visit Ba Vang Pagoda - The pagoda with the largest main hall in Vietnam, featuring a wide space and unique architecture. Guests will have 90 minutes to visit and pay homage here (additional cost of 350,000 VND/guest including car and guide).
- Noon: Guests check out of the hotel and have lunch at the restaurant. After lunch, guests board the car to return to Hanoi.
- 17h00: The group arrives back in Hanoi. End of the program. See you again!
Tour Price Includes:
- Round-trip car transfer Hanoi - Yen Tu // Yen Tu - Hanoi.
- Guests please note: Due to the specific nature of the tour, there will be no guide on the car transfer between Hanoi - Yen Tu - Hanoi. There is also no complimentary drinking water served on the car.
- 01 night accommodation at the standard hotel in Yen Tu, 02 guests/room (odd number will share a triple room).
- Local specialized guide for Yen Tu to greet and serve the group in Yen Tu according to the itinerary.
- 03 main meals, with a cost of 150,000 VND/person.
- 01 breakfast, with a cost of 30,000 VND/person.
- Entrance ticket at Yen Tu.
Not Included:
- VAT invoice 10%.
- Drinking water in the car, beverages during meals, and other personal expenses.
- Yen Tu electric car ticket and round-trip 4-stage cable car ticket (reference price at the current time: 360,000 VND/person).
- Travel insurance due to the nature of the daily group tour.
Children Policy (Please read carefully for a clear understanding of children's standards):
- Children from 1-4 years old are free of service charge (parents cover all related arising costs if any, the child does not occupy a seat in the car). 02 adults are only allowed to be accompanied by 01 free child; a second child is charged 50% of the tour price (receives the standard of 1/2 meal portion and a separate seat in the car).
- Note: If 01 adult is accompanied by 01 free child, this child must purchase 50% of the adult tour price (the standard for a child charged 50% is half a meal portion and a separate seat in the car. All arising costs for entrance fees at sightseeing spots are paid for by the family).
- Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (receives 1 meal portion and a separate seat in the car).
- Children 10 years old and above are charged the adult price.
- Important Note: For children of any age, if their height is > 120cm, they will be charged the adult price.
Other General Notes:
- Guests taking the tour (especially tours related to boats, trains, airplanes... or tours to border regions) must bring legal personal identification (ID Card/Citizen Identity Card/Passport). Children under 14 must bring at least a birth certificate. Children 14 years old and above must have a Citizen Identity Card or Passport.
- Should bring medication for diarrhea, common cold/fever medication.
- Guests who are vegetarian are kindly requested to bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their taste preference.
- Any service included in the tour that the guest chooses not to use will not be refunded.
- The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of the sightseeing spots to suit the specific conditions of each departure day, while still ensuring all scheduled attractions are covered in the program.
(*) Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers are solely responsible for their health and chronic illnesses (cardiovascular, blood pressure, diabetes, musculoskeletal...), congenital diseases, latent diseases, HIV/AIDS, mental and neurological disorders, pregnant women... as these are not covered by insurance. When necessary, guests must sign a commitment regarding their health condition when participating in the tour. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where guests fail to declare their illness, provide dishonest declarations, or any cases outside the scope of the travel insurance within the tour.
- Customers must safeguard their personal property in all circumstances and at all locations throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for the loss of money, valuable belongings, flight tickets, and personal property of customers during the trip.
