HA LONG BAY - HA LONG PARK - BAI CHAY BEACH
Duration: 3 Days 2 Nights / Transportation: Car / Departure: Daily
DAY 1: HA NOI - HA LONG BAY (LUNCH / DINNER)
- 08h00-08h30: The car picks up guests at the designated meeting points in the Old Quarter and the Opera House, departing for Ha Long. There will be a stop for a break of about 30 minutes en route.
- 11h30-12h00: Arrive at Tuan Chau. The tour guide assists guests with check-in procedures to board the cruise ship. Guests are welcomed with a "welcome drink" and complete room check-in before lunch.
- 13h30-15h00: Guests have lunch on the cruise. While enjoying dishes with the flavors of the sea, guests admire the majestic natural landscapes of Ha Long Bay such as: Fighting Cock Islet, Stone Dog Islet, Hoa Cuong Fishing Village, Swan Island…
- 15h30-17h00: The cruise stops at the Frog Pond (Ao Ech) area. Guests explore this stunning area by kayaking in a wonderful space or swimming in the clear blue water, weather permitting.
- 17h15-18h45: Relax on the sundeck, enjoy some cocktails, tropical fruits, and wine. Participate in a cooking class (making spring rolls) or relax in the outdoor jacuzzi.
- 19h00-20h00: A special dinner is served on board.
- 21h00-23h00: Join evening activities and squid fishing. Overnight on the cruise.
DAY 2: HA LONG BAY - HA NOI (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER)
- 06h00-06h45: Guests are advised to wake up early to enjoy the fresh, tranquil sea air on the sundeck and participate in a morning Taichi session.
- 07h00-07h45: Guests have breakfast at the restaurant with Coffee & tea, homemade pastries, and fresh juice.
- 08h00-09h00: Visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave) - one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. The cave ceiling is covered with a layer of shimmering "velvet carpet," countless brightly sparkling stalactite "hanging chandeliers," stone statues, stone elephants, seals, platters, flowers, etc. At the highest point of the cave, there is a clear lake with beautiful scenic views.
- 09h30-10h15: Guests complete check-out procedures.
- 10h30-11h30: Have lunch on the cruise while the ship returns to the harbor.
- 11h30: The cruise docks at Tuan Chau pier. The car picks up guests at Tuan Chau pier and transfers to Bai Chay for hotel check-in and rest.
- Afternoon: Guests are free to explore the Ha Long Park complex with many exciting amusement areas such as:
- The Queen Cable Car and the gigantic Sunwheel on the Mysterious Hill area.
- Dragon Park with thrilling rides like roller coasters, merry-go-rounds...
- Typhoon Water Park with appealing water-related games.
- 18h30: Dinner at the hotel. Free time in the evening to explore Bai Chay at night with its food street and night market.
DAY 3: HA LONG PARK - HA LONG CITY - HA NOI (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / -)
- Morning: Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Suggested morning sightseeing options in Ha Long:
- Free time to walk to Bai Chay beach for swimming or independently hire a taxi to visit the "Seven-Color Street," likened to a miniature Italy in the heart of Ha Long.
- Independently hire a car to visit Hon Gai:
- Enjoy the view of Bai Chay Bridge from the car. This is a single-plane cable-stayed bridge with a prestressed reinforced concrete box girder. The two bridge towers are placed on extremely large pneumatic caisson foundations, a technology applied for the first time in Vietnam with modern and advanced construction techniques. The bridge was built using the balanced cantilever method. At the main pier, at a height of 50m, the bridge girder extends over the sea and connects the two cantilever wings. This construction technology ensured that ships could operate normally throughout the construction process.
- Visit Quang Ninh Museum. The museum's design was inspired by the image of coal—the characteristic mineral of Quang Ninh—and was designed by Spanish architect Salvador Perez Arroyo. The Quang Ninh Museum - Library is considered a perfect cultural work and a lasting highlight for the famous scenic region of "Ha Long Bay." It is also the largest complex of architecture in terms of investment value (over 900 billion VND) and the first official museum built in Quang Ninh province.
- Take photos (from the outside) at the Dolphin Palace (Cung Cá Heo), the affectionate name for the Quang Ninh Province Planning, Exhibition, and Culture Palace. The Dolphin Palace was honored as one of the top 10 buildings/structures in the world at the 2019 International Architecture Awards (Chicago). Considered a prominent, colossal structure with novel design, and judged by experts as beautiful, unique, and harmonious with the space on the shores of Ha Long Bay—a World Natural Heritage site—the "Dolphin Palace" promises to be a new and attractive destination for domestic and international tourists to Ha Long.
- Enjoy the beautiful Tran Quoc Nghien coastal road along the heritage Bay from the car.
- Free time to play at the Ha Long Park amusement complex (amusement park ticket costs are self-funded).
- The Queen Cable Car and the gigantic Sunwheel on the Mysterious Hill area.
- Dragon Park with thrilling rides like roller coasters, merry-go-rounds...
- Typhoon Water Park with appealing water-related games.
- OR Register for a tour to Yen Tu - Dong Pagoda. Explore one of the largest Buddhist centers in Vietnam (please contact us to book the service at least by the afternoon of the previous day to receive a quote). If you go to Yen Tu, guests will check out of the hotel immediately after breakfast to depart for Yen Tu. After finishing the sightseeing program at Yen Tu, guests will have lunch at a restaurant, and then the guide will take guests to catch the car back to Hanoi.
- 11h00: Guests check out of the hotel and have lunch at the hotel.
- 12h00: The car picks up guests at the hotel and returns to Hanoi.
- 15h00: Arrive in Hanoi, ending the tour program. See you again!
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR GUESTS: The time for visiting Ha Long Bay may be adjusted to suit the weather conditions of each day due to the coordination of the Ha Long Bay Management Board. In some cases, there may be a sudden ban on departures due to strong winds or thunderstorms without prior notice. We kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance!
Tour Price Includes:
- New model tourist car transport throughout the program.
- 02 nights of accommodation on the cruise and at the hotel, 02 guests/room (odd numbers will share a triple room).
- 01 night on a 5-star standard cruise ship, depending on registration.
- 01 night at a hotel according to registration (3-4 stars).
- 03 main meals + 01 breakfast according to the standard of each cruise type.
- 02 main meals at the hotel, with a cost of 150,000 VND/person, breakfast according to hotel standard.
- Tour guide service for the group throughout the program.
- Drinking water on the car on the departure and return days.
- Sightseeing fees, bay entrance fees, and kayak fees.
Not Included:
- 10% VAT invoice.
- Tickets to the amusement parks in Ha Long.
- Single room supplement, beverages during meals and in the room.
- Other personal expenses and sightseeing expenses outside the program.
- Surcharge for foreign nationals: 200,000 VND/guest.
Children Policy:
- Children from 1-4 years old are free of charge for services (parents cover all expenses related to the child and the child does not occupy a seat in the car). 02 adults are only allowed to be accompanied by 01 free child; a second child is charged 50% (includes half a meal and a separate seat in the car).
- If 01 adult is accompanied by 01 child under the free policy, this child must pay 50% of the adult tour price (the 50% child standard includes half a meal and a separate seat in the car. The family pays for any arising costs for sightseeing tickets at the destinations).
- Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the price (includes 01 meal and a separate seat in the car).
- Children aged 5-9 who are taller than 120cm without a student card or valid photo ID will incur an additional surcharge of 100,000 VND to purchase an adult ticket.
- The Ha Long Port Authority does not accept birth certificates.
- Children 10 years old and above are charged the adult price.
Guests Should Note:
- Guests must bring legal personal identification (ID Card/Citizen ID or Passport).
- Children under the free or 75% policy will have the standard child sightseeing ticket. If the child's height exceeds the regulation for some tourist attractions with height restrictions, and an adult standard ticket must be purchased, the family will kindly pay the additional surcharge for the child.
- Guests who are vegetarian are kindly requested to bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their taste preference.
- Any service included in the tour that the guest chooses not to use will not be refunded.
- Guests registering for the tour during the period from April to November each year should bring light, cool clothing.
- The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of the sightseeing spots to suit the specific conditions of each departure day, while still ensuring all scheduled attractions are visited.
