DAY 1: HA NOI - HA LONG BAY (LUNCH / DINNER)
- 08h00-08h30: The car and tour guide pick up guests at hotels in the central Old Quarter area and the Opera House to depart for the trip to Ha Long Bay.
- 11h30-12h00: Arrive at Ha Long Port. The group gathers at the waiting room as instructed by the tour guide to buy and distribute tickets to guests to board the ship and begin the journey to explore the Bay. The ship will pass by many large and small islands with various shapes, including Hon Ga Choi (Fighting Cock Islet) - the symbol of Ha Long... Guests enjoy lunch on board.
- 14h00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island. Guests visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave) - one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. Next, guests will kayak or take a bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave (the cost of kayaking or bamboo boat is not included). After 30 minutes of kayaking, guests return to the ship to head to Titop Island. Guests can swim at Titop Beach with its white sand, or try trekking up to the peak of Titop mountain to admire the panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.
- 16h30: Guests return to the ship. The ship will move to take guests back to the Port. Guests can sunbathe on the sundeck, listen to music, and relax, immersing themselves in the nature of Ha Long Bay.
- 17h30: The ship docks at the port. The car picks up guests and transfers them to the hotel for check-in and rest.
- 19h00: Dinner. Free time in the evening to explore the Night Market, Food Street, etc. Overnight in Ha Long.
DAY 2: FREE DAY TO EXPLORE HA LONG (BREAKFAST / - / DINNER)
- Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Guests are free to sightsee or rest all day. Suggested points for guests to freely explore (all related costs are self-funded):
- Free time to walk to Bai Chay beach for swimming or independently hire a taxi to visit the "Seven-Color Street," likened to a miniature Italy in the heart of Ha Long.
- Free time to play at the Ha Long Park amusement complex (amusement park ticket costs are self-funded).
- The Queen Cable Car and the gigantic Sunwheel on the Mysterious Hill area.
- Dragon Park with thrilling rides like roller coasters, merry-go-rounds…
- Typhoon Water Park with appealing water-related games.
- Visit Quang Ninh Museum. The museum's design was inspired by the image of coal—the characteristic mineral of Quang Ninh—and was designed by Spanish architect Salvador Perez Arroyo. The Quang Ninh Museum - Library is considered a perfect cultural work and a lasting highlight for the famous scenic region of "Ha Long Bay." It is also the largest complex of architecture in terms of investment value (over 900 billion VND) and the first official museum built in Quang Ninh province.
- Lunch: Guests pay for their own lunch.
- Evening: Dinner at the hotel. Free time in the evening to explore the Night Market, Food Street, etc. Overnight in Ha Long.
DAY 3: HA LONG - HA NOI (BREAKFAST / - / - )
- Morning: Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Guests are free to sightsee or rest according to their needs.
- Additional suggested sightseeing point: Guests can also register for a tour to Yen Tu - Dong Pagoda. Explore one of the largest Buddhist centers in Vietnam (please contact us to book the service at least by the afternoon of the previous day to receive a quote). If you go to Yen Tu, guests will check out of the hotel immediately after breakfast to depart for Yen Tu. After finishing the sightseeing program at Yen Tu, guests will have lunch at a restaurant, and then the guide will take guests to catch the car back to Hanoi.
- Lunch: Guests pay for their own lunch. Check-out time should be considered by guests based on their planned sightseeing, with check-out from after breakfast until before 11h00-11h30 (according to hotel regulations).
- Afternoon: Guests choose the return time to Hanoi on the first day with the group's tour guide:
- Return to Hanoi right after lunch (around 12h-12h30). Arrive in Hanoi around 15h00.
- Continue to stay in the afternoon for free exploration and board the car back to Hanoi at 18h00. Arrive in Hanoi around 21h00-22h00.
- Note: The time for visiting Ha Long Bay may be adjusted to suit the weather conditions of each day due to the coordination of the Ha Long Bay Management Board. In some cases, there may be a sudden ban on departures due to strong winds or thunderstorms without prior notice. We kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance!

- 48-seat boat + set menu meal: 2,250,000 VND/guest
- Otis VIP boat + 3-star hotel: 2,550,000 VND/guest
Tour Price Includes:
- Air-conditioned car from 7 to 45 seats (depending on the number of guests) transfer Hanoi => Ha Long => Hanoi.
- Boat for visiting Ha Long Bay + Entrance ticket to Ha Long Bay.
- 01 standard main meal on the sightseeing boat.
- 02 dinners at the hotel, with a cost of 150k/person for 3-star hotels, 200k/person for 4-star hotels.
- 02 breakfasts at the hotel (may be buffet or set breakfast depending on the actual number of guests).
- 02 nights' accommodation at the registered hotel (3-4-5 stars), 02 guests/room (odd numbers will share a triple room).
- Tour guide service for the group on the first day when visiting Ha Long Bay.
- Note: During the time guests are staying at the hotel, only hotel reception staff will be serving, and guests will be free to enjoy activities based on our suggestions.
- Drinking water served in the car, 01 bottle/person/tour (for the day of visiting the Bay).
Not Included:
- 10% VAT invoice.
- Beverages during meals and in the room.
- Single room supplement in case the guest registers alone and cannot be paired with another guest or due to the guest's request for a private room.
- Cost of Kayaking or taking a bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave (according to the actual price list).
- Other services and costs not mentioned in the program.
Children Policy (Please read carefully to understand the children's standards):
- Children from 1-4 years old are free of charge for services (do not receive any standard benefits, do not occupy a seat in the car) but must pay a surcharge for the boat ride as regulated. 02 adults are only allowed to be accompanied by 01 free child; a second child is charged 75% for each child (the child receives the same standards as a charged child).
- Because children are also counted for payload on the sightseeing boat, children under the free policy will incur the following boat ride surcharges:
- 100,000 VND/child for the regular 48-seat boat.
- 150,000 VND/child for the Otis-Vip boat.
- 200,000 VND/child for the Otis-Premium boat.
- Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the price (includes 01 meal and a separate seat in the car).
- Children aged 5-9 who are taller than 120cm without a student card or valid photo ID will incur an additional surcharge of 150,000 VND to purchase an adult ticket.
- The Ha Long Port Authority does not accept birth certificates.
- Children 10 years old and above are charged the adult price.
(*) Note on Purchasing Seafood:
- Purchased seafood must be contained in sealed and clean Styrofoam boxes. The driver has the right to refuse transport if guests bring seafood onto the car without careful packaging.
- Do not bring any seafood into the passenger cabin. The driver has the right to refuse to transport seafood if guests buy too much and there is no space in the trunk.
Other General Notes:
- Guests going on the tour must bring legal personal identification (Citizen ID/Passport). Children under 14 must bring at least a birth certificate. Children 14 years old and above are required to have a Citizen ID/Passport.
- Should bring common medication for diarrhea, fever, and cold.
- Guests who are vegetarian are kindly requested to bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their taste preference.
- Any service included in the tour that the guest chooses not to use, and is not due to an objective error on the part of the tour organizer, will not be refunded.
- The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of the sightseeing spots to suit the specific conditions of each departure day, provided that all scheduled attractions are still covered.

- Customers are solely responsible for their health in all circumstances. Customers are obligated to inform the tour organizer of any personal medical conditions (if any) to receive further advice on health matters for each tour they register for.
- Customers must safeguard their personal property in all circumstances and at all locations throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for the loss of money, valuable belongings, or personal property of customers during the trip.
