DAY 1: HANOI - HA LONG BAY (LUNCH / DINNER)

08h00-08h30: The car and guide pick up guests at hotels in the Old Quarter and Opera House area, then depart for the trip to Ha Long Bay.
11h30: Arrive at Ha Long Port, the group gathers under the guide's instructions to buy tickets and board the ship to begin the journey to explore the Bay. The ship will pass by many large and small islands with various shapes, including Hon Ga Choi (Fighting Cock Islet) - the symbol of Ha Long... Guests enjoy lunch on board the ship.
14h00: Arrive at Bo Hon Island. Guests visit Surprising Cave (Hang Sửng Sốt) - one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. Next, guests will Kayak or take a bamboo boat to visit Luon Cave (cost for kayaking or bamboo boat is not included). After 30 minutes of kayaking, guests return to the ship to head to Titop Island. Guests can swim at Titop beach with white sand, or try trekking up Titop mountain peak to admire the panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.
16h30: Guests return to the ship. The ship will move to take guests back to the Port. Guests can sunbathe on the deck, listen to music, relax, and immerse themselves in the nature of Ha Long Bay.
17h30: The ship docks. The car picks up guests and takes them to the hotel for check-in and rest.
19h00: Dinner. Free time in the evening for leisure and to explore the Night Market, Food Street... Overnight in Ha Long.

DAY 2: FREE EXPLORATION OF HA LONG - HANOI (BREAKFAST / - / - )

Morning: Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Guests are free to relax or explore. Suggested free-exploration points (all related costs are self-funded):
- Register for a tour to Yen Tu - Dong Pagoda. Discover one of Vietnam's largest Buddhist centers (please contact to book the service from the afternoon of the previous day for a quote). If going to Yen Tu, guests will check out immediately after breakfast to depart for Yen Tu. After the sightseeing program at Yen Tu, guests have lunch at a restaurant, then the guide will take guests to board the car back to Hanoi.
- Free walking to swim at Bai Chay Beach or freely rent a taxi to visit the Seven-Color Street area, which is likened to a miniature Italy in the heart of Ha Long.
- Free time to enjoy the amusement parks of the Ha Long Park Complex (amusement park ticket costs are self-funded), including:
  - Queen Cable Car and the giant Sunwheel.
  - Dragon Park with thrilling games.
  - Typhoon Water Park with exciting water games.
- Visit Quang Ninh Museum.
Noon: Guests pay for their own lunch. Check-out time is determined by guests based on planned leisure time, from after breakfast until before 11h00-11h30 (according to hotel regulations).
Afternoon: Guests choose the return time to Hanoi (to be confirmed with the guide on Day 1):
- Return to Hanoi immediately after lunch (around 12h-12h30). Arrive in Hanoi around 15h00.
- Continue exploring freely in the afternoon and board the car back to Hanoi at 18h00. Arrive in Hanoi around 21h00.
Note: The time for visiting Ha Long Bay may be adjusted according to the weather conditions of each day by the Ha Long Bay Management Board. Sudden prohibitions on departure may occur due to strong winds or thunderstorms without prior notice.

48-seat ship + set menu meal: 1,750,000 VND/guest
Otis VIP ship + 3-star hotel: 1,950,000 VND/guest

Tour Price Includes:

Air-conditioned car from 7 to 45 seats (depending on the number of guests) round-trip transfer Hanoi => Ha Long => Hanoi.
Ha Long Bay tour ship + Ha Long Bay entrance ticket.
01 standard main meal on the Bay tour ship.
01 dinner at the hotel, meal rate of 150,000 VND/person (3-star hotel) or 200,000 VND/person (4-star hotel).
01 breakfast at the hotel (buffet or set meal depending on the actual number of guests).
01 night accommodation at the registered hotel (3-4-5 stars), 02 guests/room (odd number will share a triple room).
Guide serving the group on the first day when visiting Ha Long Bay.
Drinking water served in the car, 01 bottle/person/tour (for the Bay visit day).

Not Included:

VAT invoice 10%.
Beverages during meals, in the room.
Single room supplement cost.
Cost of Kayaking or bamboo boat ride to visit Luon Cave (according to the actual price list).

Children Policy (Please read carefully):

Children from 1-4 years old are free of service charge (do not receive any standard service, do not occupy a seat in the car) but must pay a surcharge for the ship ticket as regulated. 02 adults are only allowed to be accompanied by 01 free child; a second child is charged 75% of the price (receives the standard service of a charged child).
Note: Ship boarding surcharge for free children (1-4 years old):
- 100,000 VND/child with regular 48-seat ship.
- 150,000 VND/child with Otis-VIP ship.
- 200,000 VND/child with Otis-Premium ship.
Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the price (receives 01 meal portion and a separate seat in the car).
Children aged 5-9 who are taller than 120cm without a student card or valid documented proof with a photo will have to pay an extra 150,000 VND to purchase an adult-priced ticket.
- Ha Long Port Authority does not accept the use of birth certificates for this.
Children 10 years old and above are charged the adult price.

General Notes:

Guests must bring legal personal identification (Citizen Identity Card/Passport). Children under 14 must bring at least a birth certificate. Children 14 years old and above must have a Citizen Identity Card/Passport.
The driver has the right to refuse transport if guests bring seafood onto the passenger compartment without careful packaging in a sealed and clean Styrofoam box.
Customers must safeguard their personal property. The tour organizer is not responsible for the loss of money, valuable belongings, and personal property of customers during the trip.
