Arriving at Fansipan in any season, sitting in the cable car cabin cutting through thousands of layers of clouds, amidst the vast expanse of heaven and earth and the Hoang Lien Son mountain range, visitors all have a sense of peace. That is the start of the journey back to the Buddhist land. When taking the first steps on the blue stone steps speckled with dew or glowing with the yellow of the sun, looking up high, you will feel the majestic yet peaceful, bustling yet tranquil realm of Zen.

DAY 1: HANOI - NOI BAI - SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE (LUNCH / DINNER)

06h30: Guests are present at the meeting point at 160 Tran Quang Khai to check in and board the car to Sapa via the Hanoi - Lao Cai expressway. Usually, our car will travel via the route of the University of Foreign Languages, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai, and then onto the expressway. Therefore, we can pick up guests at the above points. Guests need to register the pick-up point before the departure day.
- Note: If guests land at Noi Bai Airport on an early flight and check out before 07h45, we will assist with airport pick-up with a surcharge of 50,000 VND/group for pick-up inside the airport, or for guests who flew in the night before and booked accommodation in the Noi Bai area, we will pick them up collectively at the Kim Anh T-junction (the start of the Hanoi - Lao Cai expressway, 03km from Noi Bai airport, between 07h45-08h00).
13h00-13h30: Arrive in Sapa, guests return to the hotel for lunch, then check in and rest immediately if staying at Long Anh. For other hotel options, guests will rest at the spot for about 30 minutes after lunch before going sightseeing in the afternoon.
Afternoon: The guide picks up and takes guests to visit Cat Cat Village to learn about the daily life of the H'Mong ethnic people, and visit Tien Sa Waterfall. Enjoy a traditional cultural performance show at the old hydroelectric plant.
18h00: Dinner. Free time in the evening for leisure. Take photos with the Sapa Stone Church, explore the Sapa Love Market on Saturday nights, or simply enjoy grilled local specialties with famous San Lung wine to warm up against the Sapa cold. Overnight in Sapa.

DAY 2: SAPA - FANSIPAN - NOI BAI AIRPORT - HANOI (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / -)

07h00: Guests have breakfast at the hotel and relax. Sip a hot cup of morning coffee at the restaurant.
08h00: The car and guide take guests to the Fansipan Cable Car Station to begin the journey to conquer Fansipan using the world's most modern 3-wire cable car system with cabins accommodating up to 30 passengers.
- From the upper station, passing through the Thanh Van Dac Lo Heaven Gate leads to the realm of a thousand clouds. Bich Van Zen Monastery, located at an altitude of over 2,000m, welcomes guests and Buddhists from all directions with a purely Vietnamese architectural style amidst the mist; strolling to the sound of bells echoing among the clouds and mountain winds, at an altitude of 3,000m, you can see the Great Bronze Statue of Amitabha Buddha, 21.5m high, standing majestically amidst the mystical clouds, casting a compassionate gaze down upon the world. From the Great Buddha Statue, the Arhat Road - where 18 bronze Arhat statues, 2.5m high, sit in compassionate, serene meditation amidst the drifting clouds - will lead you to the Kim Son Bao Thang Pagoda complex with the ancient beauty of 15th-16th century Vietnamese wooden temples. Guests can pay homage to the statue of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, the Mountain God Temple...
- Finally, after climbing over 600 blue stone steps, guests will reach the peak of Fansipan at an altitude of 3,143m, the Roof of Indochina.
11h30: Return to Sapa town to check out, then have lunch and rest.
13h15: The guide takes guests to the car for check-in procedures to return to Hanoi. Along the way, guests will have 2 stops for rest at rest stations on the expressway.
19h00: Arrive at the Noi Bai Airport area. If guests need to enter the airport, the car will take guests to the airport with an extra charge of 50,000 VND per group.
20h00: Arrive back at 160 Tran Quang Khai. End of the tour program. See you again!
- Note: Besides the default schedule above, if due to flight times or other reasons, guests wish to return earlier in the morning or later in the late afternoon or evening and sleep overnight in the car, please notify us when booking the tour for specific advice.

Tour Price Includes:

Round-trip VIP Cabin Car (02 people/01 cabin) Hanoi - Sapa - Hanoi. Due to the nature of a daily tour and the sleeping bus/coach, there is usually no guide accompanying the group from Hanoi.
Seated car from 4 to 29 seats for pick-up/drop-off for sightseeing in Sapa.
Hotel accommodation according to the registered standard, 02 guests/room (odd number will share a triple room).
02 lunches, with a cost of 120,000 VND/person.
01 dinner with the famous Sapa sturgeon hot pot specialty.

Due to the specific nature of the cable car ticket price and the policy for guides at Fansipan Legend, we will only arrange a guide to go up the cable car with guests when the minimum group size participating in the Fansipan cable car is 05 guests or more. Alternatively, the group can pay for the guide's cable car ticket so the guide can go up the peak with the group.

Not Included:

VAT invoice (if requesting an invoice, it must be notified in advance, and the VAT tax must be paid as regulated).
Round-trip Fansipan cable car ticket. Guests can register before purchasing the tour or pay the cable car ticket fee directly to the guide in Sapa at the actual retail price without any additional charges. If the customer or partner purchases the ticket independently, the tour price will be subject to an extra charge of 50,000 VND/guest or the guests must arrange their own transportation to visit Fansipan.
Beverages during meals, in the hotel, and other personal expenses.
Difference in entrance fees (if any) at the time guests take the tour compared to the time of booking. We kindly ask for your understanding, sympathy, and compliance with the regulations.

Children Policy:

Children from 1-4 years old are free of service charge (parents cover all related arising costs for the child). 02 adults are only allowed to be accompanied by 01 free child; a second child is charged 50% of the tour price (receives the standard of half a meal portion and other related services in the tour, but must still share a bed with parents). In case 01 adult travels with 01 free child, this child must purchase 50% of the adult tour price, and the adult must also pay an extra single supplement fee as regulated.
Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price: receives a separate meal portion, a separate seat in the car in Sapa, and children's entrance tickets. In case the child needs to purchase an adult-priced entrance ticket due to height exceeding the regulation of the tourist area, only a maximum of 75% of the ticket price will be covered (the arising cost must be paid directly to the guide by the family). 02 children charged 75% are not counted as 01 adult package and do not have a separate bed but must share a bed with parents.
Children 10 years old and above are charged the adult price, receiving adult services.

Other General Notes:

Guests taking the tour must bring legal personal identification (Citizen Identity Card/Passport). Children under 14 must bring at least a birth certificate. Children 14 years old and above must have a Citizen Identity Card/Passport.
Should bring medication for diarrhea, common cold/fever medication.
Guests who are vegetarian are kindly requested to bring their own vegetarian food to ensure their taste preference.
Any service included in the tour that the guest chooses not to use, which is not due to subjective fault from the tour organizer, will not be refunded.
The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of the sightseeing spots to suit the specific conditions of each departure day. Provided that all sightseeing spots included in the program are still guaranteed.

(*) Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are solely responsible for their health in all circumstances. Customers are obligated to inform the tour organizer about any personal medical conditions (if any) to receive further advice on health matters for each tour registered.
Customers must safeguard their personal property in all circumstances and at all locations throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for the loss of money, valuable belongings, flight tickets, and personal property of customers during the trip.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

Changes to the departure date must be notified at least 03 days before the departure date. The first change of departure date is allowed free of charge. Subsequent changes (2nd, 3rd, etc.) will incur a 30% fee for each change. Changing the departure date must maintain the original booking information.
Cancellation at least 07 days before the departure date: 30% penalty.
Cancellation at least 03 days before the departure date: 50% penalty.
Cancellation within 1-2 days before the departure date: 100% penalty.
If guests do not show up at the pre-arranged location and time on the departure day, or if the guide cannot contact the customer via the provided number and the customer does not proactively contact to announce any changes, such cases will be considered a voluntary cancellation of the tour, subject to a 100% penalty of the tour value.
