Day 01: Hanoi - Ao Tien Port - Quan Lan (Lunch/Dinner)
06:00: The bus and tour guide pick up guests at the designated meeting point at the Hanoi Opera House to begin the journey to Van Don via the Hanoi - Hai Phong - Van Don expressway. The bus will make additional stops to pick up guests at fixed points along the route:
- Hung Yen rest stop (06:45 - 07:00)
- V52 Hai Duong rest stop (07:15 - 08:00), where guests can have breakfast at their own expense.
- Bach Dang Bridge area in Hai Phong city (08:30 - 09:00).
11:00: Arrive in Van Don. Guests enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then proceed with the tour guide to complete procedures for boarding the high-speed boat to Quan Lan at 13:00.
14:00: Upon arrival at Quan Lan, guests will experience a unique ride on tuk-tuks or electric carts to the hotel, where they will check in and rest.
Afternoon: Free time to swim at the long, white sandy beaches and relax in the clear blue waters.
18:30: Dinner at the hotel. Evening free for relaxation. Overnight stay in Quan Lan.
Day 02: Quan Lan Island Exploration (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
06:30: After breakfast at the hotel, the group travels by vehicle to visit the Quan Lan Temple, Shrine, Pagoda, and Communal House—a historical complex built over a hundred years ago. The tour continues to other notable sites on the island.
11:30: Lunch and rest.
Afternoon: Free time to swim at beaches such as Son Hao or Minh Chau, allowing guests to explore Quan Lan’s pristine shores at their leisure.
18:00: Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay in Quan Lan.
Day 03: Quan Lan - Ao Tien Port - Hanoi (Breakfast/Lunch)
07:00: Breakfast at the hotel, followed by free time to swim or visit the local market to shop for souvenirs.
11:00: Check out of the hotel and enjoy lunch.
12:00: The tour guide escorts the group to the port for the high-speed boat back to the mainland.
14:30: The bus picks up guests at Ao Tien Port and returns to Hanoi. A stop will be made in Hai Duong for guests to rest and purchase souvenirs at their own expense. Upon arrival in Hanoi, the bus drops guests off at the original meeting point, concluding the program.

- Modern air-conditioned tourist bus for transportation: Hanoi - Ao Tien Port - Hanoi.
- Round-trip high-speed boat tickets: Ao Tien Port - Quan Lan - Ao Tien Port.
- Local transportation on Quan Lan Island (tuk-tuks or electric carts).
- Hotel accommodation based on the chosen standard (2-3-4 people per room, depending on selection).
- 3 main meals on the island (180,000 VND/meal/person).
- 2 main meals on the mainland (150,000 VND/meal/person).
- Suggestion: Groups of 20 or more can request a BBQ dinner on Quan Lan for an additional fee starting from 150,000 VND/meal/person.
- 2 breakfasts (noodles, phở, or porridge, 35,000 VND/meal/person).
- Vietnamese-speaking tour guide accompanying guests from Hanoi to Ao Tien Port.
- Local tour guide on Quan Lan Island for sightseeing as per the itinerary.
- Drinking water provided on the bus for travel days (2 bottles of 500ml/guest/tour).
Exclusions
- VAT invoice (no additional charge if an invoice is not required).
- Drinks during meals, at the hotel, and other personal expenses.
Mandatory Additional Fees
- Foreign nationals: 150,000 VND/guest (minimum group of 2).
- Single room supplement: Applicable if a guest travels alone and cannot share a room or requests a private room.
Children Policy
- Ages 1-4: Free of charge (parents cover all related expenses; no seat on the bus). Two adults can bring one free child; additional children are charged at 50% of the tour price (includes half a meal portion and a separate bus seat).
- Note: If only one adult accompanies a free child, the child must purchase 50% of the adult tour price (includes half a meal portion and a separate bus seat). If additional entrance fees are incurred due to exceeding height or age restrictions at attractions, parents must cover 100% of the child’s ticket cost.
- High-speed boat ticket fees (subject to change without prior notice):
- Ages 1-2 (before 2nd birthday): 400,000 VND round-trip.
- Ages 3-4 (before 4th birthday): 600,000 VND round-trip.
- Ages 5-9: 80% of the tour price (includes a separate meal and bus seat but shares a bed with parents). Two children charged at this rate do not receive a separate bed.
- Ages 10 and above: Charged as adults.
Notes on Purchasing Seafood
- Seafood must be packed in sealed, clean styrofoam boxes. The driver reserves the right to refuse transport if seafood is not properly packaged.
- No seafood is allowed in the passenger cabin. The driver may refuse to transport seafood if there is insufficient space in the luggage compartment.
General Notes
- Guests must bring valid identification (ID card/passport). Children under 14 must carry a birth certificate at minimum. Children 14 and older must have an ID card or passport.
- It is recommended to bring common medications for diarrhea or fever.
- Vegetarian guests should bring their own vegetarian food to suit their preferences.
- Any services in the tour not used, unless due to the tour operator’s fault, will not be refunded.
- The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of visits to suit the specific conditions of each departure day, provided all listed attractions are covered.
- For tours with 10 or fewer guests, or when using 4-, 7-, or 16-seat vehicles, the driver may also serve as the guide. These drivers are experienced in leading tours.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for their own health in all circumstances. They must inform the tour operator of any personal medical conditions to receive additional health-related advice for each tour.
- Guests must safeguard their personal belongings at all times and locations during the trip. The tour operator is not responsible for losses of money, valuables, flight tickets, or personal property during the tour.
