1. Job Description
- Plan and arrange sightseeing spots, organize pick-up and -off of guests and entertainment and shopping activities for guests, carry out check-in and check-out procedures and purchase tickets to visit places.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of service provided by partners such as restaurants, hotels, etc., to provide better service to customers and build close relationships with partners.
- Resolve problems arising throughout the trip and answer customer questions to ensure the most complete quality of the trip.
- Disseminate regulations or rules of each region to guests, introduce and present accurate information about scenic spots or tourist destinations when the group visits.
- Listen and absorb customer feedback to convey to the business, in order to improve and enhance the quality of the trip's services, helping the travel business maintain a stable number of customers and grow.
2. Requirements:
- Qualification: Have a Tour Guide certificate.
- Situation handling skills.
- Use English.
3. Benefits:
- Salary from 14 - 30 million + % of sales. Salary is negotiated according to ability.
