Job description
1. Job Responsibilities:
- General management of the tour operation department
- Responsible for performing tasks related to Outbound & Domestic tour programs.
- Directing and implementing tour program development contents, coordinating with the Sales & Marketing Department to develop new tours/routes, product policies, and customer service pricing policies.
- Building, calculating prices and completing tour programs offered to customers.
- Planning tour operations, estimating tours, operating service bookings, arranging services, tour guides and supervising and monitoring the quality of the tour implementation process.
2. Requirements:
- College or University graduate majoring in tourism or related majors.
- Candidates with 2 years or more of experience
- Good-looking appearance, fluent and clear voice.
- Proficient in office computer
- Understanding of business and tour operations.
- Ability to handle situations, solve problems, communicate and present effectively.
- Ability to establish, implement and monitor the implementation of periodic and long-term business plans.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to analyze, be sensitive to market opportunities and report well, withstand work pressure and KPI.
- Good team management, management and work coordination skills.
- Good English communication is an advantage
3. Benefits:
- Salary from 35 - 70 million + % of sales. Salary is negotiated according to ability.
