1. Job Description
- Manage and operate the department's activities
- Advise and coordinate the implementation of tour business activities and related service products in the Department according to the general direction

- Responsible for the tour operation process, organizing and closely monitoring the implementation of tours according to the quality management process.

- Coordinate with the Departments/divisions of the tour organizing company, etc. and promptly handle incidents that occur during the tour implementation process.

- PP assists TP, when TP is absent, is responsible for operating the department's work according to the assignment of the Head of Department

2. Requirements:
- Graduate from College, University majoring in tourism or related majors.

- Candidates with 2 years of experience or more
- Good-looking appearance, fluent and clear voice.
- Proficient in office computer
- Understanding of business and tour operations.
- Ability to handle situations, solve problems, communicate and present effectively.
- Ability to establish, implement and monitor the implementation of periodic and long-term business plans.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to analyze, be sensitive to market opportunities and report well, withstand work pressure and KPI.
- Good team management, management and work coordination skills.
- Good English communication is an advantage
3. Benefits:
- Salary from 30 - 50 million + % of sales. Salary is negotiated according to ability.
- Salary increase every 3-6 months
