Tour Operator
1. Job Description
- Complete the product (Tour program, Selling price) for In/Outbound Tours with individual tickets, In/Outbound Tours with group customers.
- Send requests to suppliers (restaurants, hotels, land tours, quotes, insurance, etc.) for the above plan, agree with the supplier.
- Send internal requests (air tickets) to agree and finalize bookings for customers.
- Confirm series bookings, propose & proceed with deposits, information, issue tickets, resolve incidents and problems that occur during the tour implementation.
- Complete quickly, on time & accurately.
- Analyze services and advise the Tour Department to choose the best service for customers.
- Directly prepare for groups such as making group lists, completing visa procedures, air tickets, etc., monitoring the exact departure schedule & giving feedback on the process of arranging Tour Guides for the Tours you are in charge of with the Management Board.
- Responsible for handing over the tour & ensuring accurate information is provided to the Tour Guides.
- Process and respond to all Tour reports from Tour Guides.
- Within the prescribed time, complete the tour settlement according to the company's archived records.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
2. Requirements:
- College degree or higher in tourism and travel.
- Good knowledge of tourism products, prices and service quality.
- Having good relationships & understanding a lot about suppliers will be an advantage.
- Ability to synthesize information, evaluate; Communication skills, tactful in handling arising situations;
- Work organization and supervision skills.
- Proficient in English communication is an advantage
- Strictly follow the company's internal rules and regulations, or with customers and partners.
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of domestic and international tourism (In/Outbound).
- Have the ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication skills, good health, able to withstand work pressure.
- Able to go on business trips as required by the company.
3. Benefits:
- Salary from 20 - 40 million + % of sales. Salary is negotiated according to ability.
- Salary increase every 3-6 months
