1. Job Description
1. Strategic Business Planning & Management
- Develop and implement the overall business strategy for the Food & Beverage (F&B) division.
- Prepare detailed financial and cost plans for the F&B department.
- Monitor and control departmental budgets to ensure efficient use of financial resources and compliance with approved plans.
2. Human Resources Management & Training
- Develop the organizational structure and workforce plan aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and supervise employee training programs to ensure premium service standards.
- Organize and oversee internal training initiatives for the department.
- Build a strong succession pipeline by identifying high-potential talents and developing future leaders.
- Establish KPIs, conduct regular performance evaluations, and recommend fair reward and disciplinary actions.
3. Service & Product Quality Management
- Continuously collect and analyze guest feedback, implementing improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Regularly review menu structure, food quality, and product offerings to meet evolving customer expectations.
4. Operations & Process Management
- Directly supervise daily restaurant and F&B operations.
- Review, evaluate, and optimize existing operational procedures.
- Develop and improve streamlined, practical, and efficient workflows to enhance operational effectiveness and communication.
5. Safety & Asset Management
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and fire prevention requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage and safeguard departmental assets, equipment, and operating supplies
2. Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an F&B Director in a 4-star hotel or higher, or equivalent hospitality establishments.
Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven capability in team leadership, coaching, and driving innovation.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent English proficiency.
