Job description

1. Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan human resource development strategies, advise and develop plans with the Board of Directors to develop human resources.
  • Develop and implement labor and salary policies. Control salary calculation, social insurance payment, and resolve employee benefits accurately and transparently.
  • Advise and develop employee welfare mechanisms, propose policies and mechanisms suitable for the company's development and the characteristics of the company's human resources.
  •  Implement recruitment plans according to the proposed annual plan, direct and guide the activities of the recruitment department.
  • Evaluate work performance and develop plans to improve work efficiency, develop KPI expenditures, evaluate the suitability of KPI criteria and apply KPIs to job positions.
  • Train and develop HR staff.
  • Organize training programs for integration training, build development roadmap for the business sector and monitor and evaluate.
  • Take charge of implementing human resource management, supervise human resource compliance with company regulations at offices and branches
  • Implement transfer - appointment - dismissal - reward - discipline activities.
  • Resolve legal procedures related to the relationship between the company and employees.
  • Build and promote corporate culture.

2. Requirements:

  • Graduated from a regular university or higher, majoring in: Law, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Public Administration, Documentation, Hotel - Tourism....or related fields
  • Age: 35-50 years old.
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Appearance: Good-looking, bright, sympathetic.
  • Related knowledge:
+ Human resources, Human Resources Management, Economics,
+ Knowledge of labor resources, labor market
+ Understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax and related circulars and instructions
+ Knowledge and experience in using recruitment management systems
  •  Related skills: Management skills, Work planning and supervision skills, Evaluation skills, Presentation skills, persuasion, training, Ability to grasp human psychology and behavior, and perceive people
  • Working ability:

  • + Responsibility, integrity, professionalism.

3. Benefits:

  • Salary from 75 - 127 million/months. Salary is negotiated according to ability.
  • From 3 - 6 months, salary increase is considered once.
