HR Manager
1. Job Description
-
Responsible for managing the Group’s overall human resources, recruitment, and training activities.

Develop organizational structure, define job positions, and determine workforce size in alignment with the Group’s strategic direction.

Establish and improve the Group’s HR policies and systems.

Build annual and long-term HR plans.
-
Plan and develop recruitment channels, assessment procedures, and training programs for staff across departments.
-
Advise the Board of Directors on strengthening and developing the HR structure.
-
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Group’s leadership.
2. Job Requirements
-
Male, 35 years old or above.
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
-
At least 3–5 years of experience in HR administration and management.
3. Benefits

Salary: 35 – 50 million VND / 26 working days (negotiable based on competency).

Salary review every 3–6 months.

Seniority bonus: from the 13th month onwards, employees receive an additional 3% annual seniority allowance.
