1. Job Description
1. Training Program Development
- Develop training strategies and competency development plans for the Restaurant Division across the A25 Hotel system.
- Assess employees' competencies and develop, update, and standardize training materials, manuals, and curricula in line with operational standards and business needs.
- Standardize restaurant operating procedures, service standards, training materials, and instructional content.
2. Training Implementation
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual training plans.
- Deliver training sessions directly or coordinate with internal trainers and department heads to conduct training programs.
- Design practical training scenarios covering customer service, complaint handling, upselling, and service skills to enhance guest experience.
3. Performance Evaluation & Employee Development
- Collaborate with Hotel General Managers, Restaurant Managers, and Department Heads to evaluate training effectiveness and monitor the onboarding performance of new employees.
- Organize regular assessments, skill evaluations, and certification programs; recommend additional training and succession development plans.
- Participate in developing competency frameworks, performance standards, and career development pathways for Restaurant employees.
4. Quality Assurance & Operational Support
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with restaurant operating procedures, service standards, and training requirements across the hotel system.
- Analyze training outcomes and identify improvement opportunities to enhance service quality.
- Provide operational support and coaching to restaurant teams when necessary.
5. Budget Management & Reporting
- Develop and manage the annual training budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Prepare periodic reports on training plans, implementation results, and training effectiveness, while recommending continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
2. Requirements
- Male/Female, 25–40 years old, with a professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- College or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a training position; experience in Restaurant, Food & Beverage (F&B), or Front Office training is preferred.
- Strong ability to develop training programs, training materials, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Proactive, responsible, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel for business.
