2. Late Night/Early Morning Check-in Policy (23:00 – 08:00)
To ensure the best stay experience, the hotel applies the following options for guests who have made reservations and wish to check in between 23:00 and 08:00:
Case 1: Room Reservation from 23:00 the previous day (Guaranteed immediate availability)
- - The hotel will reserve the room from 23:00 the previous day to ensure immediate check-in upon arrival.
- - Room charges will be applied from 23:00 as the room is reserved and cannot be sold to other guests.
- - Guests are required to make a deposit or prepayment as per regulations.
- - Hotel staff will clearly confirm the reservation fee before processing the reservation.
Case 2: No room reservation from 23:00 (No guarantee of immediate room availability)
- - If you do not agree to the 23:00 reservation fee, the hotel will not reserve a room in advance.
- - When you arrive between 23:00 and 08:00:
- + If rooms of the correct category are available → the hotel will assist with immediate check-in.
- + If rooms are unavailable or not ready → the hotel will advise on suitable options based on the actual situation.
Calculation of stay duration:
- - Apply according to system regulations: 24 hours counts as 1 day (calculated from the actual check-in time),
- - Or apply an early check-in surcharge (for some booking channels).

2. Accommodation Regulations
Hourly Room:
- - Applies for stays of up to 2 hours.
- - If the stay exceeds 2 hours ⇒ Extra charge applies according to the hourly rate.
Day & Night Room:
- - The rate includes the hourly rate + additional hours, equivalent to a full day & night stay, or a full 24-hour stay.
- - Check-in or check-out between 00:00 – 06:00 for stays over 6 hours will be charged as a full day & night.
- - Guests staying over 24 hours will be charged for an additional day & night once the extra hourly charge equals the daily rate. Overnight stays exceeding 6 hours will also be charged as a full day & night.
3. Cancellation Policy
- - For bookings of 5 rooms or fewer:
- + Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation fee.
- + Cancellations made between 4 and less than 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total contract value will be charged.
- + Cancellations made less than 4 days prior to arrival or No-: 100% of the total contract value will be charged.
- - For bookings of 6 rooms or more:
- + Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation fee.
- + Cancellations made between 6 and less than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total contract value will be charged.
- + Cancellations made less than 6 days prior to arrival or No-: 100% of the total contract value will be charged.
4. Identification Documents
Please bring your Booking Confirmation Code and Citizen Identification Card, Driver's License or Passport (valid visa for foreigners) when checking in at the hotel reception.
5. Child Policy
- - Children under 5 years old: Free of charge.
- - Children from 5 to under 13 years old: Surcharge applies (at hotels with breakfast service).
- - From 13 years old and above: Considered as adults, surcharge applies (please check detailed surcharge rates at the reception desk).
