Job description
1. Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement overall Marketing plans, manage budgets for the entire hotel system.

Advise and propose strategies, campaigns, and solutions to strengthen brand awareness (monthly/quarterly/annually).

and supervise events and communication activities both internally and externally.

Research, develop, and operate new service/product packages for the hotel chain.

Manage Digital Marketing channels: content, Ads, SEO, images, Fanpage, Website.

Execute Trade Marketing activities: events, signboards, and offline promotions.

Analyze market trends and propose suitable product/brand strategies.
-
Manage Marketing budgets, work with agencies, and supervise effectiveness.
-
Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the Marketing team.
-
Participate in recruitment, allocate tasks, and ensure progress and quality of Marketing activities.
2. Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management.
-
At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager/Director.
-
Preferably with experience in the Hospitality/F&B industry.
-
Strong knowledge of overall marketing (Branding, Product, Communications…).
-
Strategic mindset, sharp thinking, professional working style.
-
Good command of English communication.
3. Benefits:

Salary: 30 – 50 million VND / 26 working days, negotiable based on ability.

4 days off per month.

Salary review every 3 – 6 months.
