1. Job Description
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the IT department, including recruitment, training and staff development.
- Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the organization’s information technology strategy, including needs assessment, planning and deployment of technology projects.
- Project Management: Manage technology projects, including planning, implementation and progress monitoring.
- Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of the organization’s information systems and data.
- User Support: Support users in operating and using information technology systems.
- Inter-department Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet organizational needs.
2. Candidate Requirements
- Professional qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT-related management positions.
- Ability to lead and manage the IT department and software systems (especially PMS systems).
- In-depth knowledge of IT, including network systems, servers, databases, and software systems.
- Project management skills, including planning, implementation and progress tracking.
- Effective communication skills with other departments.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate IT processes and systems.
3. Benefits
- Salary from VND 35,000,000 – 60,000,000/month. Salary negotiable based on competency.
- Salary review once every 3–6 months.
