1. Job Description
1. Software System Management - Manage, operate, and optimize A25's hotel management software (PMS), CRM, HRM, etc.
- Develop, improve features, and test internal software.
- Manage data, access control, security, and system integrity.
- Propose upgrades/applications of new technologies (AI, automation, etc.).
2. Digital Transformation & Software Development - Develop a system-wide software development roadmap.
- Work with the development team/vendors to develop applications: CRM, mini ERP, reservation system, internal app.
- Standardize technology processes for hotel operations.
3. IT Infrastructure - Monitor network systems, servers, cameras, PBX, and Wi-Fi across the entire chain.
- Ensure 24/7 stability for the hotel's IT systems.
4. Information Security - Develop security, backup, and cyberattack prevention procedures.

5. Management & Training - Managing IT staff at branches
- Providing IT training to hotel branch and room staff
6. Senior Technical Support - Troubleshooting complex software issues
- Acting as the primary point of contact for resolving technology-related issues with external partners
2. Candidate Requirements
- Professional qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT-related management positions.
- Ability to lead and manage the IT department and software systems (especially PMS systems).
- In-depth knowledge of IT, including network systems, servers, databases, and software systems.
- Project management skills, including planning, implementation and progress tracking.
- Effective communication skills with other departments.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate IT processes and systems.
3. Benefits
- Salary from VND 35,000,000 – 60,000,000/month. Salary negotiable based on competency.
