1. Job Responsibilities:
- Advise the Board of Directors (BOD) on developing strategic organizational structures and company operations.
- Establish salary regulations for each unit according to the production model.
- Encourage and guide staff to strictly comply with company regulations and policies.
- Participate in disseminating legal documents and handling disciplinary violations within the company.
- Ensure absolute operational safety.
- Maintain and safeguard company assets while ensuring employees’ stable livelihoods.
- Participate in developing and implementing management systems across the company.
- Organize employee training on labor law, union law, fire prevention and fighting, industrial hygiene, occupational safety, etc.
- Advise the BOD on registering trademarks for the company.
- Organize reception and guest services for both domestic and international visitors.
- Develop and maintain employee records throughout the company.
- Act as a bridge to build solidarity between employees and employers.
- Receive complaints and handle violations in accordance with labor laws.
- Build security networks, fire prevention systems, and ensure safety and order in the company’s operating environment.
Direct responsibilities include:
- Sign daily reports and all documents related to the Administration Department on OneDrive; provide feedback on daily/weekly summary reports and employee feedback reports.
- Lead and directly propose diplomatic activities, consolidate diplomatic relations, and carry out external affairs with authorities periodically or as assigned by the BOD; represent the company in inspections by authorities regarding fire safety, security, food safety, environment, and administration.
- Coordinate with the HR Department in recruitment, evaluation, and probation assessments for employees in the Administration Department.
- Develop the department’s weekly work schedule; organize and chair monthly meetings of the Administration Department; evaluate and classify staff performance monthly (based on reports from the HR Department).
- Inspect, directly resolve incidents, or guide hotels in troubleshooting and handling emergency situations; assign and monitor hotel service quality checks to evaluate and propose improvements in customer service across the A25 Hotel system.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the BOD.
2. Job Requirements
- Male/Female: 35 – 45 years old.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Skills: Proficiency in office computing and conversational English.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal regulations.
- Completed courses in human resources management and office administration.
- Qualities: Integrity, courage, enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to work.
