Head of Retail - Customer Service

1. Job Description

  • Assign tasks within the department to each individual.
  • Guide Customer Service staff on ongoing programs and tasks.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports related to the Customer Service Department and the Group.
  • Provide training and orientation for new staff during their probation period.
  • Monitor Zalo, email, Fanpage, and review the performance of each staff member.
  • Post room sales content on groups/forums to seek travel partners and agencies to bring guests to the Group.
  • Work with partners handling large group bookings → Arrange reservations for corporate and travel agencies, draft and manage contracts with partners cooperating with A25.
  • Take responsibility for the department’s revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with regional Head Chefs to adjust breakfast and lunch menus for the Group.
  • Check and verify daily reports from the Customer Service Department, including YKKHH, BCSDP, and reports from staff doing "sleep-test" experiences.
  • Handle customer service for demanding guests and resolve customer complaints.
  • Coordinate with Branch Management Boards to communicate and implement Group-wide programs.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

2. Job Requirements:

  • University degree or higher in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
  • Dynamic, professional, responsible, able to work under high intensity and pressure.
  • Proven experience and skills in management, with the ability to direct and supervise departmental operations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.
  • Strategic planning and execution skills.

3. Benefits:

  • Salary range: 35 – 60 million VND / 26 working days (negotiable based on ability).
