Customer Care Specialist
1.Job Description:
- Receive and process customer requests/inquiries
- Participate in building and managing information channels to help customers get the content they need quickly and accurately
- Receive and manage customer complaints and issues that need to be resolved and provide information to appropriate departments to handle those complaints
- Monitor and continuously the Group's service policies
- Proactively contact customers on holidays, gifts, notify promotions on special occasions and send them promotions
- Perform tasks as required by superiors.
2. Requirements:
- Male, female: 23 years old or older
- Graduated from College or higher in the fields of: Tourism, Business Administration, ...
- Priority is given to those with experience working in the field of tourism sales marketing
- Good English communication
3. Benefits:
