Congratulations to the 8 Outstanding Individuals in the “A25 Story – Your Home” Writing Contest

With the aim of spreading pride, fostering unity, and celebrating the meaningful values that have accompanied A25 Hotel throughout its journey of over 22 years (2003–2025), the “A25 Story – Your Home” writing contest, launched in August and September 2025, received enthusiastic participation from employees across the entire system.

A Journey to Discover Sincere and Inspiring Stories

The contest was not only a creative playground but also an opportunity for every A25 member to reflect on their journey with the brand—recalling their first days at work, memorable guests, or unforgettable moments of overcoming challenges together with their team.
Each submission was an emotional piece, contributing to the “grand picture called A25 – Your Home.”

After a thorough and impartial evaluation process, the Organizing Committee selected 8 individuals with the most outstanding entries. These submissions not only showcased their love for the A25 brand but also spread the spirit of dedication and professionalism to colleagues and customers alike.

A total of 8 individuals were honored for their authentic, touching, and heartfelt stories that truly embodied the spirit of “A25 is home – where everyone grows and shines together.”

FIRST PRIZE	Nguyen Thi Cam Giang	Deputy Director, Customer Service Center - Laundry and Guest Care Department	The article highlights the brand’s philosophy, business ethics, and fosters a spirit of unity aimed at satisfying the customer community.
FIRST PRIZE	Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao	Accounting Branch (53 Tue Tinh, 80 Mai Hac De, 07 Trieu Viet Vuong) - General Accounting Department	As a representative of three articles on the same theme, Thao embodies team spirit and pride, earning the award for the benefit of the proposal.
SECOND PRIZE	Tran Van Quyen	Chief Security Officer - Security Department	The article strongly reflects the essence of the customers, serving as a highly impactful and positively influential piece.
SECOND PRIZE	Do Sach Hoan	Housekeeping (Part-time) - 66 Tran Thai Tong	The article, written by a part-time staff member and a new employee, offers a very accurate perspective on the company’s reward and recognition policies.
THIRD PRIZE	Nguyen Huyen Trang	Deputy Sales Department	The article is highly effective in internal promotion, strengthening team spirit, spreading a dedicated work ethic, and encouraging continuous effort.
	Bui Dinh Son	Reception and Cashier - 21 Nghia Tan	The article reflects the team spirit during the peak season, showcasing the dedication and unity of the individual within the group for the benefit of the staff.
	Lo Van Hoa	Reception and Cashier - 385 Hoang Quoc Viet	The article vividly captures the service culture, training process, and staff presentation, reflecting the company’s high standards.
