Head of Inspection & Quality Control Department
1. Job Description
-
Develop the organizational structure and workforce planning of the Inspection & Quality Control Department and implement tasks in accordance with regulations.

Prepare annual and ad-hoc audit/inspection plans, submit them for approval, and oversee implementation.

Organize work schedules, assign tasks, and manage all department staff according to specific areas of responsibility.

Supervise task execution and progress, evaluate staff performance within the department.

Review and finalize reports, proposals for handling, specialized inspection reports, and other professional documents before submission for approval.

Establish a network of collaborators to support effective inspection and control activities.
-
Organize internal training to improve professional skills of department staff, meeting increasing requirements in inspection and monitoring.

Regularly coordinate with the Group’s Inspection Board to support and implement effective audits and inspections.

Continuously develop personal skills to better meet job requirements.

Carry out inspection and quality management tasks to ensure compliance with company processes and policies (at departments, business units, and subsidiaries).

Monitor and supervise the implementation of approved risk mitigation measures.

Perform other control-related tasks as required by the CEO and the Group’s Inspection Board.

Participate in the improvement of operational procedures across departments and business units.

Advise on developing, amending, and supplementing regulations and procedures of the Inspection & Quality Control Department.

Provide recommendations on revising regulations/procedures issued by the Chairman/CEO to ensure alignment with A25’s actual situation.

Propose management improvements and corrective measures to ensure compliance and minimize risks affecting A25’s business operations.

Conduct periodic and ad-hoc assessments of brand standard compliance regarding customer service, guest experience, and property maintenance at hotels.
-
Analyze evaluation results and provide solutions; identify risks or system-related issues for timely resolution.

Supervise quality improvement plans at evaluated hotels.

Collect, analyze, and evaluate customer satisfaction data, and propose solutions to enhance service quality.

Report and maintain a database of deviations from hotel brand standards.
-
Ensure quality control standards (including new or updated ones) are clearly communicated to hotels.

Train and coach property-level quality management staff.
2. Job Requirements
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in inspection/quality management, including at least 2 years in internal control or equivalent positions.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
-
Knowledge of laws and relevant legal regulations.
-
Strong ability to collect, analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work under high pressure.

3. Benefits

Salary: 35 – 60 million VND / 26 working days (negotiable based on ability).

4 days off per month.

Salary review every 3–6 months.
