Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsible for inspecting and supervising the work processes and professional operations of Housekeeping and Laundry staff across the Group’s hotels.
Monitor and ensure compliance with professional standards and service quality of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments.
Provide on-the-job training and professional guidance for Housekeeping and Laundry staff during inspections and supervision.

Minimum of 2-3 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in hotels rated 2–3 stars or higher.
Candidates with professional certificates in Hospitality/Hotel Management are preferred.
Must be 23 years old or above.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in building supervision procedures and workflow is an advantage.

Salary range: 15 – 25 million VND / 26 working days (negotiable based on competency).
4 days off per month.
Salary review every 3–6 months.
Seniority bonus: from the 13th month onwards, employees receive an additional 3% annual seniority allowance.
