1. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for controlling all activities of revenue, expenditure, export, and import of goods at the facility.
- Supervise the working shifts of the Receptionists.
- Check the activities of the Receptionists.
- Train and guide the Receptionists.
- Increase the number of shifts when the Receptionists are on leave.
- Resolve customer incidents, requests, and complaints
2. Requirements:
- Have experience in a similar position.
- Good appearance, agile.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in office computer.
- Understanding of hotel management software.
- Communication skills, skills in coordinating and assigning work, and teamwork skills.
- Skills in handling complex situations, resolving complaints professionally and effectively;
- Effective supervision and time management skills.
3. Benefits:
- Salary from 15- 25 million. Salary is negotiated according to ability.
- 4 days off/month.
- Salary increases every 3-6 months.
