Marketing Director
Job Description:
1. Operational Planning
- Develop and manage the implementation of the overall MKT plan and control MKT costs of the entire hotel system in the group;
- Advise and propose to the Board of Directors: ideas, plans, solutions, build brand promotion strategies for the month/quarter/year for internal and external use to ensure image enhancement, brand development and differentiation from companies in the same field;
- Develop ideas, control the implementation of Events in the group's operations;
- Develop ideas, implement and operate new product packages for the hotel chain;
- Research and use effective communication channels
- Ensure sales and customer growth
- Evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and make appropriate recommendations 2. Marketing Activities Management
a. Digital Marketing (digital marketing)
- Manage content on Online channels
- Plan Ads and SEO
- Orient and be responsible for content and images
b. Trade Marketing (commercial marketing)
- Come up with event ideas to stimulate user demand
- Exploit and effectively use Offline channels (Signboards, events, premises)
c. Product (product marketing)
- Coordinate the MKT team to launch communication products according to plan
- Keep up with modern trends and adjust to suit the company's development orientation
3. Marketing budget management
- Propose and manage effective use of MKT costs
- Contact and negotiate contracts with Agency units
- Plan activities and monitor the effectiveness of Agency units
4. Team management
- Train and guide employees to perform their work
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance
- Divide work effectively to subordinate departments
- Control and be responsible for the progress and effectiveness of the MKT Department's work
- Participate in the recruitment and interview process of department employees
2. Requirements:
- University graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the position of Head of Department/Marketing Director.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of Restaurants and Hotels.
- Have knowledge of general Marketing, have experience in building marketing strategies in many aspects (Branding, products, communications, ..)
- Sharp thinking, professional working style
- English communication
3. Benefits:
- Salary from 75-127 million/26 days + allowance. Salary is negotiated according to ability.
- Salary increase every 3-6 months.
