Job description
1. Cost and inventory accounting
- Receive import/export invoices from the warehouse department
- Monitor and control revenue and expenses
- Enter daily accounting data and documents into accounting software
- Collect and manage all invoices and import/export data carefully, ensuring confidentiality
- Immediately report any discrepancies or violations found in the documentation
- Record hotel room revenue into the accounting system
- Perform warehouse accounting tasks
- Manage warehouse inventory to ensure that items have a long shelf life, liquidate damaged or unusable items to prevent stock control issues. Check and compare daily dispatch quantities with regulated inventory levels
2. Fixed asset accounting
- Regularly monitor all fixed assets and tools purchased, and enter data into accounting software
- Process payments to suppliers on time
- Track and manage increases and decreases in fixed assets periodically
- Work with the accounting department to inspect and handle damaged assets monthly
- Organise methods for managing and protecting hotel-owned fixed assets
- Monitor activities related to basic construction projects
3. Financial reporting
- Prepare regular income reports for the hotel
- Apply methods for managing and protecting hotel-owned fixed assets
Requirements:
- Education: College degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance
- Solid accounting knowledge and the ability to synthesize and apply accounting regulations
- Able to organize, plan, and manage assigned tasks independently
- Capable of compiling and analysing financial reports accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Basic understanding of production technology and company operations
- Proficient in computer skills, especially Excel and accounting software

- Salary from 18 - 36 million. Salary is negotiated according to ability.
