General Technician

1. Job Description

Prepare and manage records of all equipment and machinery.
Supervise technical systems in the building such as electrical systems, water pipelines, drainage systems, fire-fighting equipment, CCTV, and elevator operations in the hotel.
Monitor the operation of electrical and water systems, ensuring compliance with technical procedures and hotel regulations.
Receive repair requests for electrical and plumbing systems, household electrical/water equipment from other departments and handle them promptly to minimize disruptions to hotel operations.
Quickly grasp information and follow emergency handling procedures in situations such as fire, power/water outages, elevator rescues, or gas leaks.
Develop maintenance and repair plans for the hotel’s electrical, plumbing, and machinery systems, and submit them for management approval.

2. Requirements:

Male or Female, 18 years old and above.
Minimum education: Vocational/College degree.
Good health, no infectious diseases, no criminal record, and free from social vices.

3. Benefits:

Salary: 16 – 32 million VND
Salary review every 3 – 6 months.
